Honey will make a bold statement among the South Florida nightlife scene this season as it opens its doors in downtown Delray Beach for its Grand Opening Celebration.

Sub-Culture Restaurant Group has put together an all-star team to launch Honey including James Beard award-winning Chef, Nick Morfogen for the bites and bar menu, Master mixologist, Angela Dugan, winner of the New Times' 2014 "best bartender" distinction, design by  by The Saladino Design Studio, and a rotating pool of talented South Florida DJ’s and headliners.

“Honey is more than a great nightclub, it’s an experience for a broader range of clientele,” says Scott Frielich, Partner of Honey. “We are the perfect trifecta: a sophisticated, sexy lounge space, with impressive dining and cocktails, adding a refreshing, modern approach to music.
